Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Statera.  Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Statera. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials are retained. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and may deny you access to our Site and Material (or any part thereof).

Statera provides education that may help to support weight loss as well as overall physical and mental well-being. To access the programme, you must register for an account and you must be at least 18 years of age.  When you sign-up for Statera, we ask that you provide your current email address. If your email address is not valid, or for any reason cannot deliver to you, any email we send to you will nonetheless constitute delivery of Statera programme content. 

Statera is not a licensed medical service provider and information should not be interpreted as medical advice or construed as a replacement for a clinician-patient relationship. 

2. Your Responsibilities 

You are responsible for everything you do under your account, so please don’t share your account details or password.  Ensure that you retain access to the email used to create your account.  Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.  If we suspect the information, you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.
